Trust, Flow, Love, & Authenticity are words that have a lot of meaning to me.  I'm far from perfect and have a long way to go but they are ideas and values that I try to live in my life everyday.

I've been told that I live in my own reality…and I take that as a compliment.  I believe that reality is what we decide it to be anyway so we might as well live life in a way that we see fit.  We are not on a fixed path in life…we don't have to cling to the life that we thought was ours or that we identify with because we think we have to or because it's the only one that we know.  Each and every one of us has the freedom to choose, at any moment, who we are and how we will live and create our lives.

I've been at the fork in the road of life (actually circled around it many times without choosing a direction) but have now finally chosen the road less traveled; the path that does not follow or adhere to the status quo but instead seeks to define the life that has always been in the back of all of our minds…the one that we've been scared to risk and step out to take what is rightfully ours…until now.
